X-Ray Technician
We are looking for individuals who can administer prescribed diagnostic X-Rays.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing patient room, equipment, supplies and contract media for general diagnostic imaging
Performing associated functions such as clerical duties & film processing certification
Performing medical assistant functions
Willing to cross train in-patient triage
Requirements:
An ARRT certification
Current Maryland state radiology license
Receptionist
We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Positive patient relations
Effective telephone communication
Appointment scheduling
Patient registration
Medical chart tracking
Payment/co-payment collection
Routine duties associated with collection & maintenance of patient demographics
Insurance information maintenance
Requirements:
Working knowledge of insurances: HMO / PPO /Worker's Compensation, computerized registration, billing and collection procedures
6 months to 2 years experience in a medical setting
Typing accuracy with a minimum speed of 35 wpm (net)
Ability to perform basic math computations
Basic computer skills
Medical Assistant
We are looking for individuals who can provide direct care to patients under the direction of the physician.
Requirements:
Graduate from a school for medical assistants
6 months to 2 years of medical office experience
Billing Coordinator
We are looking for individuals with strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating billing related activities with front office and patients
Receiving phone calls
Performing data entry and other clerical duties
Requirements:
Computer literacy
Ability to multi-task
6 months to 2 years medical billing experience
Medical Manager Billing software training would be a definite plus
