Medical examination as a part of your workplace health and safety programs plays an increasingly important role in the overall well-being of your employees. Pre-employment medical examinations and periodic evaluations of an employee's health and physical ability are proven methods to reduce liability by identifying conditions that may create increased health hazards to employees, provide baseline information that can uncover health problems that are not work-related, reduce employee turnover rates and associated training costs, identify potential health risks, safety hazards & environmental issues and maintain a healthy and productive workforce.

Medical Access provides a comprehensive range of services designed to keep your workforce healthy, safe and productive. After carefully evaluating your employee's health and physical abilities, our goal is to provide you with documentation that clearly indicate their ability to safely perform their jobs. Post-injury examinations evaluate an employee's medical condition as it relates to his/her ability to safely perform the tasks of their job, and when necessary, provide recommended limitations or accommodations which will enable them to perform the tasks as required. Our reports are designed to protect the employer from potential liability while protecting the employee from further injury. All recommendations for modifications, accommodations and/or limitations are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Physical examinations, diagnostic/screening tests and evaluations are performed utilizing state-of-the-art equipment following current industry standards. Medical records are maintained according to local, state and federal regulations, and are available for OSHA and other regulatory agency review. Services include:
