Medical Access offers a variety of physicals. For most physicals you can just walk-in when you need one. However, please call ahead and schedule an appointment for immigration physicals and annual physicals. We can typically get you in within a few days; and give you the attention you deserve.
Immigration Physicals – Two of our physicians, Dr. Manbir Takhar and Leonard Kassis MD are civil surgeons who are certified to perform Immigration Physicals. We suggest that you bring a list of any immunizations you’ve had. Our competitive fee includes an exam, RPR testing and initial TB screening if needed. If any immunizations are needed, there is an extra charge.
Annual Physicals – Depending on your age and insurance coverage, we suggest that you get a physical every one to two years. During this time, we will do laboratory testing appropriate to your age, sex, and family history. We will discuss any health issues you may be having and make recommendations for improving your health.
Cardiac Evaluations – For ages 40 and up, a cardiac evaluation may help you discover more about yourself. We offer stress test, ECHO cardiograms, and EKGs.
Sports Physicals – For children who need a clearance to participate in sports, we offer a medical evaluation and completion of the required forms.
DOT Physicals – Our physicians are trained to perform DOT physicals for clearance to obtain a CDL license.
Other – We also do physicals for Daycare Providers, College Students, School Admissions, Camps, and Pre-employment physicals.
