Dr. Manbir Takhar is credentialed to provide primary care for adults age 16 and above. If you do not have a physician, and would like to select her as your primary care physician, check with your insurance or call us to see if she is accepting new patients.
Medical Access gives you the convenience of being open 7 days and extended hours for your immediate care. An added bonus of using Medical Access for your primary care is that most insurances allow us to perform lab services and x-rays on-site.
What to Expect ? (Check-In Procedure)
Please remember to bring a photo ID and if you have insurance, your insurance card. When you arrive, please sign-in and have a seat. You will be given paperwork to fill-out, we’ll make a copy of your ID and insurance card and you’ll be asked to pay your co-pay.
